Our service and your purchase
WANT researches, sources and coordinates within the scope agreed with you. WANT's fees are for its own services. Unless expressly set out otherwise in a separately agreed and reviewed arrangement, you contract with and pay the supplier directly; WANT does not hold your purchase funds or buy on your behalf.
Your information
Requests may contain commercially sensitive and personal information. Our privacy page explains how the platform uses, shares and stores these details, as well as how you can contact us about your information.
Cancellation and concerns
To request cancellation of a service engagement or raise a concern, email hq@splitdecision.uk with your request reference, your name and a clear statement of what you would like to do. You do not have to use a special form. Applicable statutory cancellation rights and any relevant engagement-specific terms continue to apply.
The timing, effect and treatment of any service already performed depend on the engagement and applicable law. A request to cancel does not automatically cancel a separate purchase agreement with a supplier.
Before a paid engagement
We will establish scope, service fees, responsibilities and any applicable cancellation arrangements for your particular request. The online service framework is general information and is not itself a signed engagement schedule or a substitute for your agreed documents.
