This privacy notice is under review. The operator is Split Decision Ventures Ltd trading as WANT. For any privacy question or request, email hq@splitdecision.uk. Retention periods and cross-border transfer arrangements have not yet been finalised; avoid sending sensitive information until the completed notice is published.

Your enquiry

WANT uses your contact details, request description, destination, timing and optional references to assess and manage your enquiry. Please do not upload passports, payment cards, bank details, private correspondence or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Who can see it

You can access your own requests after email verification. Authorised WANT operators can review and manage them. Reference images are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. Email providers process sign-in codes and any approved correspondence.

Research and suppliers

Operators prepare a redacted brief before using OpenAI for research. Research output is reviewed before it becomes a client proposal. Client identity and private addresses should not be included in research or supplier enquiries unless separately authorised and necessary.

Payments

Stripe processes WANT fees on its hosted checkout. WANT stores payment references and status, not card numbers. Supplier acquisition funds are handled separately through the agreed verified payment route.

Storage and retention

The application uses Supabase for authentication, private records and images, and Netlify for hosting. The legal basis, detailed retention schedule and relevant international-transfer arrangements are being reviewed. For access, correction, deletion or other data rights requests, contact hq@splitdecision.uk. No advertising trackers are included. An essential session cookie expires after one hour; an unfinished request description may be kept in this browser tab until submitted or the tab is closed.
